Foods That Help Make Your Brain Stronger

We focus on physical activity a lot at Corner Office Coach because we know the multiple benefits to keeping your body physically in shape and strong, but what about your brain?  We constantly talk about innovation and creativity as entrepreneur’s and CEO’s, but without basic healthy habits (like laughing, dancing, sleeping, and eating right) these things will be hindered.  Here are some foods to add to your diet!

1. Foods high in Vitamin B

This includes eggs, milk, cheese, fish and poultry. B vitamins can help with anemia, confusion, depression, fatigue, memory and so much more!

2. Foods high in antioxidant

You can easily increase your intake of antioxidants by bringing some nuts, dark chocolate, seeds, fruits (strawberries, blueberries cherries)  and veggies (spinach) to work as a snack! Antioxidants slow down the oxidation of other molecules which cause havoc on our cellular structures.

3. Foods high in Omega-3 fats

Salmon, Cod liver oil, herring, sardines, walnuts and chia seeds are high in Omega-3 fats.  An easy way to get this is to put some chia seeds in your morning smoothie!
